With +35 years of business experience in international companies, I am a successful Executive Board Member and market awarded Channel Director.
Over the course of my career I led Marketing and Communications Teams across 16 countries in Central Europe. As Channel director I led a sales organization with +60 people in Germany. Inclusion and Diversity, Digitization and Sustainability has been my heart topics where I signed responsible for the German strategy and execution over many years.
I am a pioneer at heart and love to analyze the critical business needs of organizations. I see gaps and potential opportunities to create improvements, while developing clearly defined strategies and execution plans. My home is marketing & communications, my competence is sales and business development, my passion is coaching with ORSC™ (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) as toolbox.

How I give back
My heart belongs to animals. Therfore I finalized my diploma as animal psychologist just recently. My aim is it to understand our furry friends even better.
To make a change in our world – not just talk about it – I am an active board member in the animal association “Schutzengel für alle Felle Tierschutz Oberpfalz e.V.”.
And I commit to spend 2% of my income to Giving Back activities like animal welfare or other NGOs.

One of the all-time classics and worth reading every few years. Goes deep into what it means to be a human, about our fears, our dreams and wishes. And how to overcome the classical needs of our civilized world.
The Art of Possibilities – Rosamund Stone Zander & Benjamin Zander
This book is really heart warming. It shows the possiblities we have in us. Zander speaks from his own role and how is motivates musicians to give their best. I used a lot of his tools in my role as business leader.
The first 90 days – Michael Watkins
I personally red this book every time I started a new role. I gives so much input on what you have to think about, when starting a next chapter. Not only for leaders, but for every individual a great asset on their journey.

A business best seller „dressed“ in a fairytale. Easy to read in one afternoon and packed with inspiration and ideas in how to structure a business as a whole. For me a must read for every business leader.

Written in 1953, this book is heart-warming and eye-opening. It tells the story in how a single person can make a huge impact on the whole society and civilization. I think everybody of us can – get inspired!
