One- or Two-day live workshop
Content
We will work with you, and ideally together with your team, to set the strategic direction of your organization. This includes the definition of your team charter & values, the vision & mission or your team, the strategic direction and targets you want/need to achieve, the measurement you set, and the execution plan you work on together. We will define a visualization/logo for your team/theme and define the internal communications elements and plan. Recognition elements for achieving the targets should be part of it as well.
Results
While working together as a team, you make your team members being part of it all. You create buy-in and support for what will be defined. People feel involved from the early beginnings, which increases the speed of implementation. You create clarity for your strategic direction and what is expected from each one. You have a solid documentation for your Vision, Strategy and Execution plan, which you can lean in for the next 12-18 months.

Communications for Executives
Situation
You are an executive and/or a people leader with communication needs. You lead your business and responsibilities, and you have a topic/strategy you need to communicate internally and externally to your key stakeholders. Stakeholders can be your peer group, investors, your employees or the whole organization as well as customers, partner or even press. Maybe you know your message, simply it does not come across that way, that it lands the way you want it to land. You are searching for inspiration, support and practical tools to gain clarity on what needs to be said and to drive execution?
Format
6 modules/meetings á 60 minutes over approx. 6 months (live or virtual)
Content
We will work with you to define and/or review the content of what needs to be communicated. We will define your key target audience, the communications framework and the tools you can use internally and externally. We will define a communications plan. If there is interest, we can work on your communications and presentation skills as well to become a professional key speaker for main stages.
Results
Over some months we will be working on your messages, your communications tools and skills. As a result, you will make your point and create the impact you need to create. Both internally and/or externally, you will gain clarity and execution. You will lift your position as executive with clear, precise and impactful messages.

ORSC™ Coaching for Teams
Situation

Maybe you have some friction in the team because of individual behaviour issues, or the team does not execute against the targets. After defining the key topics or issues we want to work on with your team, we will leverage ORSC tools to create the best outcome for your team. ORSC™ stands for Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. It is an integrated and robust coaching model based on Relationship Systems Intelligence™. There are many tools we can leverage from ORSC – it always has the team in focus, not the individual. Important: Before starting the workshop, we will speak with some team members upfront to evaluate the situation in the team, the team dynamics and key issues. Depending on the evaluation we will define the tools we will leverage in the workshop.
Results
Experience shows, that teams which went through this workshop have a clearer understanding of the team goals, the expectations, the role each one is playing. Coaching/Mentoring for Talents
Situation
You are an executive and/or a people leader with talents in your organization. Often top talents perform very well over a long time. And there are periods in a career where people struggle to find their next step in their journey. You maybe see more potential in your talents, than they see in themselves – or vice versa. You want support from an external mentor to support the talent in unlocking their potential, to give them confidence and structure in how they present themselves. Maybe it´s you who is searching for a sparring partner in your given situation. Finally, you want the best talent for the best job in your organization.
Format
6 modules/meetings á 60 minutes over approx. 6-9 months (live or virtual)
Content
After an initial get-to-know-each-other, we will work with the talent (or yourself) over six to nine months on a monthly base. We will define the talents individual values, what are their drivers and motivational factors. We will identify their current network they can lean into when they need support. The talent will create their very individual SWOT analysis to gain clarity what they bring on the table. Together with input from defined peers and/or friends we will create the personal brand for the talent and finally we are going to create a 3-Horizon-Plan for what´s next on the journey.
Results
Talents who went through this journey with us together gave an extremely positive feedback on how they gained clarity on themselves, on who they are, what is important for them, what are their drivers and motivational factors, their supporting network. Last, but not least they defined their journey ahead with confidence. When they make a decision, they know why. They are fully in it!
