About The Coach
Jutta Gräfensteiner is a founder, communications economist (BAW), speaker and moderator, former sales director and executive board member.
In her 36-year career, she spent over 25 years at Cisco Systems in various leadership roles, including nine years as member of the German executive board.
She is a certified systemic coach (ORSC™) and animal psychologist. She works with top executives to steer the strategic direction of the company and to bring teams closer together – for the success of the company.
